All products — including namkeens, chikkis, boondi, murukku, and combo packs — are subject to availability.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging or appearance may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
Weights and quantities mentioned are approximate and may vary within permissible limits under applicable food regulations.

3. Pricing, Discounts, and Promotional Offers

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Promotional discounts (such as festive offers, combo deals, or free delivery thresholds) are valid for a limited period and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Free gifts or goodies offered on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹799 or ₹999) are subject to stock availability and may be substituted with a product of equivalent value.
Thangam Foods reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

4. Order Placement and Confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
An order confirmation via email or SMS constitutes acceptance of your order. Thangam Foods reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
Orders marked “Next Day Dispatch” are subject to order cut-off times and operational availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Free delivery is offered on orders above ₹799, subject to the applicable offer terms at the time of purchase.
Thangam Foods is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier/delivery partner.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
